Law Firms & Advocates
Clients Research Advocates Before They Call. Does Your Firm Inspire Confidence?
People looking for an advocate are often under pressure: a land matter, a business dispute, a family issue or a contract that can't wait. They search online, ask for referrals and then check the firm's website before making contact. A clear, professional presence helps the right clients find you and feel confident reaching out.

Who you're really talking to
Individuals facing an urgent or personal legal matter, and in-house teams or business owners looking for a reliable firm. Both want to know quickly whether you handle their type of matter, who they'll work with and how to get in touch confidentially.
The challenge
Common challenges for law firms and advocates
Practice areas are unclear
Visitors can't tell whether the firm handles conveyancing, corporate, employment, family or litigation matters.
An outdated online presence
An old website or no website at all makes an established firm look smaller than it is.
Corporate clients need documents
Procurement and legal panels ask for a firm profile, partner CVs and credentials.
Advertising has rules
Advocates must market themselves in a factual, professional way that respects the Law Society of Kenya's rules.
How your customers decide, and what helps at each step
- Step 1

“Are they experienced and trustworthy?”
What helps: Partner and associate profiles, qualifications, memberships and a professional brand.
- Step 3
Reassurance
“Will my matter be handled confidentially?”
What helps: Clear contact options, a privacy policy and a calm, professional tone.
- Step 4
Action
“How do I book a consultation?”
What helps: A simple consultation request form, phone and WhatsApp.

FAQ
Questions from law firms and advocates
Can advocates in Kenya advertise online?
Yes, within limits. The Law Society of Kenya's rules allow advocates to market their practice in a factual and professional way. We keep website and social content factual, avoid claims of superiority or guaranteed outcomes, and you approve everything before it goes live.
How much does a law firm website cost?
Most law firms fit our Business Website package at KSh 45,000, which covers practice area pages, team profiles and an insights section. Smaller practices can start with the Starter Website at KSh 26,000.
Do you design firm profiles for tenders and legal panels?
Yes. We design and write firm profiles and capability statements from KSh 8,500, including partner profiles and credentials.
Will our enquiries be handled confidentially?
Enquiry forms send directly to your firm's email, and we add a privacy policy explaining how personal data is handled in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act.
