The challenge

A payment service provider speaks to merchants and consumers at once, across social media, email, its merchant dashboard, print and events. The work needed to explain products clearly, carry required regulatory wording and stay recognisably on-brand at every touchpoint.

Objectives

  • Keep a consistent visual language across many channels and formats
  • Explain payment products (Pay by Link, Virtual POS, card refunds) simply
  • Mark key dates and campaigns with timely, on-brand creative
  • Equip field and events teams with branded merchandise

Our approach

We worked within the brand's established blue palette and typography, creating reusable layouts for social posts, dashboard banners and email headers so new campaigns could be produced quickly. Product messages were reduced to one clear idea per piece, with the regulatory line placed consistently. The same system was carried into printed flyers, merchandise and website layouts.
